Here's the final cover for TEUTON Volume Two.

The trade paperback will make it's debut at the Toronto Fan Expo in August.

I don't know, I like Teuton as a title for a book.
But, "Big Sexi Comics" and Teuton together sounds weird.
Like a title for porn comics. IMHO.

You know, every time I see this post updated I look at it for the art which I think is really well done, But it's kind of detouring with the " Big Sexy Comics" being used. I get where your going with that and the term, but I really don't think it fits. But that is my opinion, and this isn't the company name thread, but keep posting, i enjoy your work.

I'm in no way offended if you personally don't care for the label "Big Sexy Comics." I appreciate honesty, and I always try to absorb criticism in a way that pushes me to do better.

That being said, I tend to disregard comments about the name because there's simply nothing I can do about it. I work for Big Sexy Comics--it's the imprint of my book Teuton. I had nothing to do with the creation of BSC, but I refuse to be embarrassed or apologize for a imprint that's been so good to me. Therefore, I very proudly say "Big Sexy Comics presents..."

It's a petty criticism. While not invalid, I would say that if someone's enjoyment of my art and the story I'm telling is hindered by something as innocuous and superficial as a imprint moniker, then they're too fickle for me to please either way. In other words, it's their problem. There's nothing wrong with the title, it just doesn't suit your sensibilities. That's not a slight at you, since you just said you enjoy my work regardless. And I appreciate that. I'm happy you keep coming back to see what I'm doing, and I sincerely hope you continue to do so.

The long and the short of it is that Big Sexy Comics isn't changing. It's out of my hands.
