Hellboy and zombies
I figured I would take a short break from drawing sequential pages and draw a pin up/cover of Hellboy. Thanks for taking the time to view. I am available for commissions and this piece is for sale.

Overall it's good work. Nice lines and textures on the jacket, gun, and body musculature. I'm not that familiar with Hellboy's proportions but they somehow look a bit off to me especially his torso in proportion to the size of his lower body like his pelvis and legs. His left hand also looks very small in proportion to the gun he is holding. Look at the size of your hand and compare it to the size of your face/head and look at Hellboy's. It looks super small even for the pose and foreshortening in my opinion. The pencil work looks cool and I like the piece so keep going. If my suggestions are off on proportion and that's how it's supposed to be then GREAT!!
I like it. |
