Seeking artists of ANY SKILL LEVEL for collaboration on graphic novel projects

I am seeking artists for collaboration on 40-60 page graphic novel projects to be submitted to publishers and/or self published. The collaboration will be a 50-50 split on any independent publications or submissions. Any artist who can do action scenes, characters and angles will be considered.
