Womanthology Valentine's Day Project!

Hello!

This is just a fun side project open to all current Womanthology ladies and also a few spots for some new ones!

Create a 1 page pin up or comic under the theme "Valentine's Day"!

Really try to capture the feel of what Valentine's day is or what it means to you! Or even make a "Heroic" Valentine (the cheesier the better!

Once they're all done I'll collect and post them for all 2001 Kickstarter Backers as well as on all social sites for viewing as the official Womanthology Valentines to the comics community!

And as with the Holiday PDF, there's a chance these could be published later on!

Guidelines

Can be artwork, poem, or short story. Please keep all work "PG" rated.
Final work size should be 11 x 14.5, or any work size within that ratio. Writers please create a full page image (and not send text files)
Final format should be 300dpi, CMYK color, and TIFF format
Send a preview size (low res) LINK to (will get contact info in email) by Saturday, February 11th
NOTE: I do not have time to make creator bios on the pages this time (unless someone with photoshop & design knowledge wants to help!) So make sure your name is on the page somewhere!

MEN! If you support Womanthology or women in comics in general, and would like to join the fun, I have a few spots open just for you!

It IS Valentines Day after all and we should all show our support together! Same guidelines as above, with a "PG" rating please! I'll post these under the heading "Valentines from Womanthology Male supporters" or something similar on all the sites.

Everyone feel free to collaborate with each other! Please be sure to put everyone's names on the finished page, and make sure I have all contact info on the list in case of further usage of the work.

Don't forget to post them here when you're finished! Thank you!

Renae, I would like to draw this but don't want to post my email in a public place. Is there any way to make the emails private (I've gotten a lot of spam before from posting emails on forums)?

Also, for some reason men are also signing up with their email. Is this not just for women?

There's two lists, one for current Womanthology contributors (and new women who want to join) and one for about 10 men. There are SO MANY male supporters of womanthology & women in comics , I thought for these side projects they should have the opportunity to show their support with their talents if they so wanted to

As for email, you can email me your info renaedeliz@gmail.com but please make sure to put your name on the list! I will also be taking down the list in about one more day, so no worries about all the info being out there forever.

Does anyone with knowledge of photoshop be able to help out with putting together the bio for the pages? *pretty pleeeease*

They look like this, basically you'd be assembling about 15 or so of them
