Paid Art Team Wanted (Pencils/Inks/Colours/Letters)

Looking for all positions for an art team (Pencils/Inks/Letters/Colours) for a graphic novel I have written. It is a drama based story so I'm looking for people who can help to create an atmosphere through their work. I'm unpublished but have worked with people via this site before, here's a link to some of that work on my project for my credentials http://sabotaged88.deviantart.com/gallery/.

I'm offering pay on this project, a total of $500 for each position. If you can fill more than one position then you will be paid for all those positions (eg. Pencils+Inks=$1000). You will be paid $100 every 21 pages (of 105 total pages including cover), payments will be made within 24 hours of recieving final low res images of each batch of pages (you can then send high res ones after I've paid you). Payments will be made via paypal so please ensure paypal is widely available in your country.

Ideally I'm looking to get this project made in a maximum of 5 months, so I'm looking for a hard working and efficient team. You don't need to have been published before, all you need is the dedication and talent. I know the pay isn't much but I simply cannot afford to finance this all myself at the average rates.
