Charlie Ironpaw is the name of the Graphic novel I've been developing for the past several years. Its about a young dinosaur with super strength coming up in Pangaea. Recently I've been trying to work out the way I want to color the comic. This is my latest attempt, any feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks! I've been working on the story a long time and I'm chomping at the bit to actually start drawing pages. Hopefully the time I've spent developing the story and art pay off when I finally do. I'll post some more development soon.

I wanted to add more depth so I added some gradients and lighting effects. The lighting effects were inspired by Daniel Lieske’s incredible wormwood comic you can see here: http://wormworldsaga.com/. Not sure I pulled it off, think I might have made the piece too busy.
