Sweet painting job. The Ironman/hulk combo looks fantastic. I think Thors face is a little soft though, could use some more angles to make the Norse God more manly. I also wouldn't mind seeing Hulks eyes and teeth de-saturated a bit, I don't mind that they're tinged green, but it's a bit bright.
