He's hoping it's a 'random' picture OR he's embarassed.

So if it's not random, he IS embarassed.

We can thusly deduce that he thinks it may be a specific person, and if it is, he regrets saying he 'enjoyed' it that much.

So he obviously thinks it may be a photo of Jon.

My guess was: The mud on the shoes of Mr. Pennyworth indicated that the nanny was shot in the horse pasture, with a 357 magnum as indicated by the powder burns on the various pieces of timber lying about throughout the area. He then used a lye/ muratic acid solution and a four foot in diameter by six foot in height steel drum to dissolve the pieces of her body. Judging by the residue in the drum, the body parts must have sat for at least three days, giving Mr. Pennyworth plenty of time to establish his alibi and eventually leave the country.
