He introduced himself...

Having been a published writer here in the UK for over 30-years, I decided to go into semi-retirement a couple of years ago to work on some projects I never got round to. Although I’ve worked mainly in comics, I’ve also worked in TV and radio and as a scriptwriter for animation studios. I also I spent two years as a gag writer submitting jokes to a number of comedians, even when they begged me not to. Finally, I’ve dabbled in the arcane arts of gonzo journalism. A devoted fan of the late Hunter S. Thompson I’ve attempted to emulate the gonzo style. On the other hand I never acquired Hunter’s voracious appetite for mind bending substances. Well, let’s just say I’ve never taken as many as he did.

Welcome to the boards!

What're some of the comics you've worked on/written? And eager to hear what you're working on now.

There’s a link below to an interview I did. As for projects, I completed 8 ebooks on Smashwords which I’m giving away for free. To anyone desperate enough to want them. I just wanted to try out this form of publishing. But my favourite genre is comics. The Talking Tapeworm, the ex-communicated Catholic priest turned PI and the spoof segments from Leni Riefensthal’s “Triumph of the Will” and “Battleship Potemkin” could make good graphic novels. They just need some artists.
