NIGHTMARE WORLD: The Movie (Seriously!!!)

Hey all!

Directed by me with a soundtrack by Louie Armstrong, here's a little gift for all of you who keep asking if there's a larger "backstory" at play...

Have fun connecting the dots... if you can!

Feel free to post any ideas here and let's see what any (or all) of ya' can come up with...

Here's the only hint you're going to get: There are *NO* red herrings in the video. That being said... ENJOY!

That was fun as hell "Dirk."

Though I think instead of scrolling through the pages, if you had done like you did at the beginning and end where you zoomed in and faded, it would have kicked it up a bit.

I thought about the video all afternoon and decided to spruce it up a bit and tweak a few things...

Heck, I even took a few of your suggestions to heart... hows about dem apples?

The new version is now up there for all of your viewing pleasure... I can't wait to hear all of your thoughts and theories...

Nice, I like the last shot.

so armaggedon has come and gone and God still seems to hold out some hope for the rest of us but Satan wants us too so they send minions to earth to twist things around and try to make us go one way or the other...Gosh that would be a NightMare World.

or somthing like that....maybe....

Awesome movie!

I keep looking for something deeper, but I keep coming back to an armaggedon ending to the world with Cthulhu and his minions being the catalyst and the victors of the universe.

To celebrate the glorious return of THE OFFICIAL #1 NIGHTAMRE WORLD FAN I will say this concerning your theory:

1) The Armageddon that has popped-up in so many of the stories *IS* all the same one.

2) Considering this, I don't think I'm giving anything away by saying that Cthulhu didn't win. As the Cardinal and Lucifer discuss in "Preys Be the Lured," the monsters held dominion for three days before the angels finally defeated them...

3) Also -- and this is perhaps where I have bene most sneaky from the beginning -- the stories on the site are NOT all in chronological order. Rememebr the movie PULP FICTION? I really liked that movie. Heh. (Hopefully this also puts THIS RANT into a bit more perspective, eh?

4) One final hint: When watching the film, don't think of it as a montage, but as one big story being told to you...

You may all thank Jon Hook for loosening my lips now, folks... but no mnore hints from me! I swear!

Hmmm... I forgot about the Angels winning back the earth.

Glad to be back, bro! Life has given me lemons, of late, so I'm still churning out the lemonaide for now. I expect to be back in earnest soon!

This big sub-plot thing has long been unclear to me, but now with the help of the latest story and this movie I've finally been able to come up with a theory

Alright, here goes

Lucifer knew he wasn't going to win the battle at Armageddon, so he thought of a trick, he influenced Brian Carter to get in Contact with Cthulhu and start the chain of events that would finally lead to summoning him. When the day of Armageddon arrived Carter brought Cthulhu and the Great Old Ones to earth and they fought against the angels (as we all saw in Disasterpiece). Lucifer held back most of his actual forces and let most of the fighting to Cthulhu & co, he basically used them as a pawn. After three days the angels won the battle and thought Lucifers troops were gone. Actually however, only a small part of them had participated in the fight while the bigger part went underground.
Now with Armageddon gone by and the angels deeming themselves victorius, Lucifer and his demons can gather their strength in secrecy and plan a surprise attack at Heaven.
Also it's much easier for them to corrupt humans for their purposes since God doesn't care much about mortal's issues anymore.

On one hand I really like this theory, on the other hand I hope that I'm wrong and Nightmareworld will surprise me with the real solution once it comes

Wow... that is one Hell of a good theory... no pun intended.

There's a lot I want to say about your ideas, but, alas... I'm going to have to restrain myself for now since we still have several stories to go before all is said and done...

I will say this, though...

1) In one sense you're very much on the right track...
2) In another sense you'll still be surprised by the time #50 comes around...

Anyone else carry to chime in on what our man is sayin' here?

Yeah I can see that but I dont think that God has given up on us, sure he seems to have left heaven and not told the angels about it but I think that is so he can do some first hand stuff down here.
