The shadowing is gorgeous! I love the use of shadows in comics. Looks great, man. Is this an excerpt from a much larger work? A full-on series?

Thanks! This is a 7 page preview of issue one (24 pages). I am going to be starting a Kickstarter for issue two in a couple weeks, so keep an eye out for it. If you back the second issue, you'll be able to obtain issue one immediately!

Not yet. I submitted it, but their review process takes a couple months.

However I will be doing a Kickstarter in a couple weeks where you can get a Kickstarter-Exclusive DRM-free PDF. It will include some pages from the script, pencil sketches, and some other art.

I think the first 3 aren't a fraction as good as the last 4. as I started scrolling I was thinking "eh..its okay.." but then at page 4 and on, everything became amazing. storytelling, settings, backgrounds, character designs... it all looks pro.

first 3 pages..not as much.

This is great!

I have to agree with Rob, though. I actually like the first three pages, I just feel like they don't make sense as the first three pages. I am going to buy it but I might wait until you get your Kickstarter going. Good luck!

Thanks Rob! I wanted to start with a very quick blurb of action, similar to Y: The Last Man or Breaking Bad then move to the drama and character development. Similarly, It's meant to slightly disorient before leading you back to an explanation.

Hopefully it will make more sense in context with the rest of the work :)
