WinRAR is giving away their popular archiver application for free today, July 30th only. This version can not be upgraded to any future versions beyond 3.51.

As I KNOW anyone making a comic needs to compress files, check out this alternative to WinZip, it's pretty damn swank...and free today!

Well, it may have been a glitch. I get this message:

"Welcome to win-rar.com

If you wish to purchase a full WinRAR license which gives you all updates and upgrades for free, please use the following link:

If you need further information on the product we recommend you to visit rarlab.com"

Hopefully it's not, I'll try again later.

Since it was so hard on their servers, they're doing it again on servers that can handle it. NOW: http://nct.digitalriver.com/fulfill/0233.001
