Hi everyone. This is a panel from some personal pages I’ve been working on. Please let me know what you think.

Very nice. I like your work.

I'm digging the pencil work.
Your inked stuff needs some line variation. So flat.

DCdraw 06-28-2018 07:48 AM

Those pencil pieces are cool..reminds me of Carlos huante's work.

Lovely line work!

That pencil work IS really nice. Reminds of some of the stuff I might see in a GtD movie.

Wow, I love your linework. Very matriculate, detailed work. The pencils much like your linework is disciplined, subtle and beautiful. Are you working on comic book? The pencils have a concept design feel to them. Great stuff.

roberts- Thank you very much.

sevans- Thank you and I agree, it is very flat. The line weight is nearly the same throughout so the background blends into the foreground. I've posted a color pass that I think gives it more depth. Let me know what you think.

DCdraw- Thank you very much, I've been a fan of his work for a long time.

Bishop- Thank you sir.

jeffchris50- Thank you, I will post more pencil drawings.

artman- Thank you for the thoughtful compliment. I'm working on some comic pages in my free time. I'll post my progress.

some rough character sketches-

I agree with everyone the creature pencils are really strong. And original looking designs (although I'm not that up on concept art so maybe not the best judge.)

I'd be curious to see the inked/ colored art in the context of a full page... Seems kind of highly rendered and painted for a single comic panel. But maybe it could work.

Really good anthropomorphic canines, just the right amount of cartoon exaggeration! If you don't already know of it, you should check out Paul Bonner's work.

i like how clean and kinetic that last image is.

Wow! Cool work here!
