I would argue that the quality of one's work is as important as one's name, one's resume. Everybody starts somewhere.
The work in this thread is worth more than $30/pg I would say objectively, given the proficiency and ability on display. Zenescope would pay $50-75 and they pay shit. This is a massive discount, regardless your personal ability to pay a given rate.
