Manga/Anime artist for ongoing series (Canadian needed!)

My name is Riel Langlois, and I am looking for a Canadian artist who can draw manga/anime style.

I will pay $100 Canadian for each penciled/inked/colored/lettered page.

It needs to be someone living in Canada because I want it to be a Canadian product. Everything can be done by email and phone--no in-person stuff is necessary. I'm in Manitoba.

Please send me a link to a portfolio or a bunch of examples of your work. I am interested in how you draw action, like a scene from an Avengers movie. I will favor people who have completed 22-page comics. The most important thing is how you handle spectacle. An excellent example of spectacle in my opinion is the skydiving drill scene in the Star Trek movie (2009), or the AT-AT/snow-walker scenes in Empire Strikes Back, or a lot of the surreal scenes from Inception or Interstellar.

The finished file must be standard comic book size and 300dpi LZW-compressed TIF format--I'm not picky about how you accomplish that as long as it is print-ready (i.e. I don't need the final file as layers in an Indesign file, but I need you to be able to make changes, so please keep it as layered as possible on your end!)

I will pay by PayPal and I will pay in 5-page batches. It will work like this: I send you the script, you pencil a page, I approve the pencils, you complete the page (color/ink/letters), I approve the final, move onto next page, when we hit five pages and I approve them I will send the payment before we move on, and that will be two days or less between received pages and me paying you.
