Hey Jesse, what is the light source for the shadows on her face, specifically along her jawline and her eyes? It kind of looks like she is wearing a visor for it to have that effect on her eyes (is she?), but the jawline is a mystery as to source. It de-feminates her by having that much shadow on her face, which was the very first thing that I focused on.

Honestly, that's how I normally color a woman's face when she is wearing any kind of hat, which I guess this really isn't a hat. I will lighten it up a bit and see what you think. I will lighten the jaw line as well.
Revised, let me know what you think now. The main light was based off the shadow on the left side of her face, our right. |
