The coloring of her is superior to the drawing of her. The drawing is solid, but the coloring is what visually glorifies her.

Hey Rob. Looked at this the other day, was impressed, but didn't say anything.
Ha.
going to put in that effort to type now. hehe.

Overall, works really well. Rendering technique is all good. I like it for sure.

But there are a few things to look at.
Foreground figure. not entirely sure who that is.. but doesn't matter. what does matter is he's totally vanishing into the scenery. Framing the squad is nice and all, and them popping is great. but distance, and planes are being totally lost on the bottom there.
A rim light, a palette shift, a harsh shadow. one of those 3 ought to work.

Harley's mallet, and Deadshot. His white metal, and her hammer are also vanishing into the same plane, and as one visual object. I would up the contrast on her hammer to make it pop, and make it readable as metal.

@nimprod: Thanks. King Shark is what made me want to color this. He was where I started and I figured that if I messed him up, I'd just scrap the whole thing. I'm glad I didn't.

@Charles: Thanks my friend.

@EvilOpera: I don't do a lot of coloring now a days. Maybe on average ten or so pages a year. It would take me FOREVER to color a mini series.

@adrian9: Thanks. I try to only do paid work. The only exceptions is if it's for someone I've known for a long time or if it's for a book I really enjoy. Like when I supplied fill in colors on the Vanguard story in the back of Savage Dragon.

just want to reinforce what mike said about the planes and the figure in the foreground. Also- it helps to look at your page in greyscale after you are done to see where the eye gets lost easily.

Hope you do get a chance to change the tones on the foreground figure, it will help make the whole piece better and it's really an easy fix
