Turned corned caps

Hello Gents,
Does anyone know how to create the turned corner captions below?

draw a shape through the upper corner and subtract it from the box. Then just use the pen tool to draw the folder over corner. Group the two together. Make sure when resizing you use point selection (A) and not object, otherwise you'll stretch the corner out.

That's about as concise a tutorial as you'll ever need.

Though it looks like one piece, as you can see it's actually two shapes--one on top o' th' other. You could group them of course into one object.

The trick with this type of caption is that you can't just simply scale it to fit larger pieces of text copy. Or else the folded corner will get bigger as you scale....if you follow me. So you have to grab the right half only--extend it out--grab the bottom edge--extend that down--until you have the desired shape--and the folded corner size is consistent from caption to caption. I tried to avoid caption shapes that needed this extra care, but I just spent two days pimping out my lettering template and made al kindsa crazy caption styles that need this extra care. They just pop really nice, so it's worth the extra time.
