Writer looking for Artist (full) (Horror/Action)

I am looking for an artist to help me complete my graphic novel series, before you read more, know that we can collaborate, even better if you are in my state of AZ, how ever I am willing to come up with a total payment instead and discuss that further after I've seen your portfolio. These stories are something I have been wanting to put down on paper for a while now and finally decided to do it. I finished my first script in the format of a story in about 120 page I am currently turning it into full script format for comics so I don't have an exact page number yet, just an estimate. This will be a lot of work and I'm looking to beef up my portfolio with collaborative pieces (not just my short stories and Novellas) I am pretty flexible on most things.

Now for the actual idea,
The story is called SAVAGE, it's was inspired by a lot of stories, games and movies I read/played/watched as a child; The Most Dangerous Game, Deathrace 2000, The Running Man, Rollerball, Manhunt (VG) among other things. (I know I had a strange childhood)
It takes place in a dystopian China, mostly around Beijing and northern ghost cities of China. When you read it you'll find out more details but basically people are put into an area known as the killing fields and forced to not only kill each other, but there are mobs of people living like animals known as raiders and the famous celebrities known as Gladiators who are given special weapons etc. It's not only paying homage to these forms of media I love so much, it's a tale of duality, situation-ism versus disposition-ism and an overall an epic tragedy.

Style/Format,
I am going to give you the ability to format the pages how you want but the script format works like this, if you're not familiar with full script, I'll tell you the page number, how many panels then lay out what I'd like the panels to include (action, environment, lettering, dialogue and exposition), I don't have much concept work done artistically for my characters but i can type up descriptions of each main character. I would really love to do color with heavy blacks, because this series of four graphic novels (SAVAGE being only the first one) that are dark and emotional all withing the same universe in different times and places. but I'm open to really good grey scale work, or even greyscale with colorful highlights in certain spots to create emphasis.

I'd like an experienced artist who has done comics before or has comic pages in their portfolio and can do, Pencils, Ink, and either greyscale with color highlights over important story plot points or full color.
