Graphic Design portfolio help!

I need to send samples to a company, how should I prepare these? Basically I've got several double sided flyers. Do I scale them to fit on one 8.5x11 sheet so they're side by side or should I do something else?

By mail?
If so, doesn’t have to be fancy though it doesn’t hurt to give the sample pages a bit of layout design to them if there’s multiple pieces on one sheet. At best I’d just send them in one of those small clip/clear cover binders that holds 10 or so pages.

Yes scale it down to 8.5x11 having the front and back side-by-side. Course if you can send actual brochure that’d be better (that’s only if you have a bunch of copies).

Surprised most places prefer by email as a pdf now a days.

No joke! This is two of 3 interviews, the first was by phone with a digital portfolio, now the art director (different person then first interviewer) wants hard copies before he does a phone interview. Last is in person.

I'm not used to designing for hard copies, after all anything I add behind fliers and what-not will only detract. UGh! lol

Thanks for the help!
