Looking for an artist to help with noirish comic

Hey everyone!
I am looking for an artist to collaborate with for a 3 issue mini series. I have an eventual goal of submitting this to a few of the local publishers (Oni, Dark Horse, and Monkey Brain) as well as some of the other independent publishers (IDW, Image, and Boom!). Without giving away too many of the details, the story is about a news anchor who gets into some pretty shady things.
