Looking for Art Assistant(s) for Web Comic series

I write and draw my own web comics series.

I am looking for someone to help me polish up my own art and make it look
more "clean" and stand out more and also possibly add in additional
background art.

What I am NOT looking for is a redraw. I want to use my own art style
even if it's not the best but I want to make it the best it can be.

Please tell me what your price rate would be and
either include examples of you improving art that is NOT YOUR OWN
or use the above example panel of my own art and improve on that.

Please tell me approximately how long it takes for you to improve
a single panel. Note I said panel and not page. My comics are web
comics and are read in a vertical layout as opposed to traditional layout
(think Webtoons as an example of vertical layout)
