Looks solid, good work.
Minor edit, I would tweak the saturation on the building immediately behind her, too much saturation from where it is in the background. |

Very nice. I enjoy seeing colors where the artist still leaves visible brush strokes. It’s harder to pull off than it looks and gives a piece that painterly texture. There is a good feeling of depth here.
