Conan is having a standoff with another dude, who just happens to be a shapeshifter. Not sure whats hard to understand, even though the last page could have used an extra panel or two to maybe show part of transformation

unless we knew he was a shape shifter, it was just another character showing up from out of no where. Don't assume other people know your script.
