Artist seeking plot developer for large graphic novel

I'm looking for 2 writers to collaborate on a project, which I have the vision and ideas for, but lack the plot outline and dialogue. This would be an episodic series in graphic novel format (possibly multiple volumes). It's a "heroes journey" story - structured like Star Wars, LOTR, Harry Potter, etc, but more dark and horrific. It's set in a future post-apocalyptic world with many interesting characters. Lot's of blood, lot's of bizarre scenarios, lot's of nightmarish imagery. I've attached some of my artwork below.

I can pay $200 per writer as a bonus for a working draft (basic plot outline from beginning to end) in paypal, but this will be more like a collaboration with 50/50 split. Send inquiries to weirdsdale @ gmail . com (without the spaces)

I thought I'd post some more pics and a little bit more info.

So the basic idea is it is the year 2770. Centuries of politics have made only two factions in America and you MUST be in one or the other. America is a wasteland, radiation, mutants, strange anomalies, raiders, etc. The best way I can describe this project is this - the adventure and morals of Star Trek TNG, with the violence of Mad Max (the first 3 movies), and the imagination of Fallout 3, New Vegas, etc.
