At one level this is great stuff. I really feel the characters. even the relatively stationary poses have impact. well done.
where you fall down is in the rendering particularly when painting. I will use the Judge Dredd image as an example. There is no edge control at all. Everything looks like it is made out of a bar of soap. There is no variation in the transitions of surfaces. Study the way in the real world some edges will be sharp and others will be soft and blended. There is also no reason for some of the light sources. The hand over the her mouth seems to have random light spots on it with no reference to light source or anatomy. Same with the woman and the guys face. All of it really.
Your anatomy is not great but your lack of understanding edge control and how light works really subverts any rudimentary knowledge you have about how form works.
Again, your character impact is very good. I feel the attitude.
