Talking Dimitri Cosmo's works

Hi! My name is Edgar and I'm an aspiring illustrator. Dimitri Cosmos is my pseudonym. This is my first post on DW. I hope I didn't miss any important forum rules and this is the right subforum to post this kind of work.

1. "Urban Jungle". It's a short comic story that I made as a submission to a contest organized by a local indie comic magazine a while ago. I had a limited time, so, that's why the story is very simple and there are only 6 pages.

You can download this story in pdf here

2. "Creepy crawlies" (from "Killing Floor")

3. "In the heat of a battle". Another contest entry (for Blizzards's "Heroes of the Storm" contest.)

4. A concept sketch for a new comic that I'm currently working on.

I think your character turnarounds are your strongest pieces.
Your comic book needs quite abit of work, the main artistic area being perspective in my opinion.

Everything is drawn very flat and 2 dimensional, no depth... no sense of height, drama etc when doing the parkour.

If anyone would tell me how to display images smaller, it'd be nice.

Sorry, I don't know how to make images smaller on the site, so I can't be much help there, but I do have critiques you may find helpful.

You've made some huge improvements with you art in the last few months. Seriously, you must have been working really hard and that is impressive.

I believe that the biggest thing for you to work on is poses. Here is a helpful presentation on Lines of Action, which I think would be a huge help for you.

If you work on this, then you art would look more fluid and your character poses would look more natural and exciting.

First, on your PC, resize them to 800x600 for an example.
Then, upload them and post it here.

Some hosting sites have a resize option, but this way is quite faster and easier.

Thank you Metalni, but I was really hoping that there's some king of HTML trick that I can use here, because on Penciljack.com, if I use [IMG] tag, the pictures are being resized (allthough, it's the same picture from ArtStation).
