Fan art: Guardian Heather of Alpha Flight

Here's an old convention sketch I did of Heather as Guardian taking on the mantle after her husband Mac disappeared from previous issues. I have had the privilege to draw her on my first Marvel Comics project in 1994.

I've retouched it with digital colored pencils. I hope you enjoy this piece.

Honestly, I don't know. The last issue #130 I did was in 94 and that was the end of the long series. then after a year or so, I've seen the comeback...new writer and new artist and new team except the leader Guardian, Heather's hubby. That was the last thing I remember of the Flight. I'm hoping that Marvel collect each of the series in e-book format so I can get them through Comixology or Amazon. I've been checking and they're not there yet. I just want to get an e-book of the series I worked on.

YESSS! And there's also the first of the series I worked on #125, except there's no #126 up to #130. I wonder why? Hmmm.

Thanks. I was looking for material to show and I saw some of my convention sketches. Not a lot of Canadian heroes though.
