Asreeth: Ethereal Guard
I find myself really enjoying adding animals to my recent paintings. In this case, even the main focal point is part animal-ish. Enter: Asreeth Lion Warrior. A few years back I had a web comic featuring this character. I've since brought him back as one of a stable of characters I'm creating for my Realm Ethereal universe.
This is the gray scale painting phase, done in Procreate. Coming up shortly, I'll be painting in the colors for the final. However, it's still in gray scale phase and changes can still happen during the color phase.
