End of Chapter 5 of Zatswan: Multiversal Guardian

This marks 100 completed full color pages and 5 covers done solely by me. That's quite the accomplishment, if I do say so myself. I'm quite proud of myself.

There's a lot of good stuff here! I love the character and set design! I'm also fascinated at how you improve the more the story continues. Some critiques I have noted, were addressed in the later pages. Admittedly, I even got into the story as I continued observing the pages. Keep up the improvements and utilizing your references when improving your anatomy and page layouts. If it helps, i recommend looking at books on cinematography and composition. The Famous Artists Courses are an excellent resource and a secret weapon for artists.

the link is their course on composition. I feel these tips can vastly improve your panels. Thanks for sharing and keep up the fantastic work!

Thanks for the comments. I will check out your recommendation.

Yeah, if there is any critique I have about myself lately it's how I have moved the camera around during fights. I know how the "rules" are supposed to go, but sometimes I just unconsciously don't adhere to them and only realize it after the fact.

Like for example here on panel 6. It would have been a lot more effective if I had the guy getting blown off the panel going the other way. It just would have been a better flow:

I did consciously not commit that same mistake twice, and on the latest page I had the woman headed in the right direction

Thanks for looking, and if you have any critiques or thoughts on the art or story feel free to post them. I'm constantly working at improving my work, and I'm interested in what other people have to say.
