MARVEL Samples

Hi All,

I've just prepared some new sample pencils for MARVEL. Would love to hear what you all think of them. Thanks for looking!

Best,

Some good stuff here. I like the last panel with the reflection of Wolverine stomping his foot down.

Just FYI, but if you wanted to, you can to photobucket.com and upload your pictures from there. That way you wouldn't have to put a link to show your work and the pages/drawings will automatically be seen on digitalwebbing.

Awesome stuff. The more stuff I see of yours the more I like it. It looks very clean and would be easy to read for an inker, which is something I always have personally struggled with.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks! This is much tighter than I would normally pencil, were I inking myself. It's not easy to do it this way. I try to go left to right, to avoid smudging and save the import parts (like faces) for last.

Great work! Very impressive stuff. The only thing that looked a little off was that intro shot of the Punisher. I can't put my finger on it, but something about his proportions looks off.

I see the same thing. His head might be a bit small or the skull on his chest is over-sized making his torso look too big for the head. Other than that these are quite good. Very impressive.

Yep, that's exactly it. Either head too small or torso too long. That was my first impression.

You guys might be right! Something I would normally fix in the inks. Thanks for the feedback.
