marc, this is as good as some of the art I've seen in the comic that Gail Simone was writing. IMO anyway. Good, strong work!

I don't see clearly where Sonya's butt ends and where her horse's butt start in the first panel.

The horse doesn't have a chain mail bikini.

he asked me the same question. I figured he thought I drew horrible. and refused to give a critique as my artwork was so bad.

usually he gives good critiques.

they never asked me my age. but I told them I interned at Marvel when Jim Shooter was editor-in-chief so they pretty much knew I was not a high schooler. as some companies usually will not want to deal with highschoolers. usually college or post college ages. as most of these guys do not have degrees or took courses in child psychology which is required to teach people in high school or in lower grades. as you can make a potential artist give up before his or her time.

now overall this looks professional grade stuff. the first panel could probably be corrected with just shading in the horses rear. or redo the horse and expand him. and if those back ground characters are needed in the script then move them as well. the poses seem ok but they are mediocre . it should be a little more dynamic with some better angle shots.

I would say looks professional as I do not know how long he takes to do one page.

Cool

these are good pages bro. nice grasp of forms and good flow with the panels. only thing i might suggest is a smoother finish on the lines..might want to try a 2b pencil if your using hb at the moment. will give more weight to the lines. looks awesome so far and i checked your deviant page...that sonja cover mockup is killer
