seeking artist for one panel illustration

Hi,
I'm looking for artists for a single panel illustration: a cover/header image for an upcoming website. It's a moody, supernatural horror project.

We pay $40, through PayPal, within 2 days from receiving a low resolution image, and then you can send us a high resolution (TIF format preferred), final version.
