Hi,

Our new volume is available digitally (on Comixology) as well as in print (publisher).

It's a modern Western with a dash of supernatural featuring the Cowboy, a man with a tarnished soul and chosen by the Angel, a young woman with loss in her heart, and a boy with the capacity to change the world. They find each other on the dusty road and are dragged into a fight older then creation.

As you can see, I work traditionally, ink on paper, but this time I tried some gray washes. Some scanned well, some did not. I was wondering if fellow artists have any kind of advice. Thanks!

Thank you. I wish I'd had more time to toy with production values. See how grey tones are lost in the first image, but are OK in the second one? I tried different settings but to no avail. Looks nice in print though. Live and learn.

Have you tried doing grey tones digitally?

Flats only. I need to look into brushes that would suit me. The thing is, I like happy accidents.
