Japanese Animation/Manga style Artist needed ($1000)

I am looking for an artist that can draw in the style of Japanese animations. The story that I have written is an action oriented story aimed at young adults (Think of Naruto or One Piece).

This project will pay $500-$1000 ($25-$50 PP) for BW pages. The rate Depends on how well you can draw characters and backgrounds/scenery.

The first issue is 20 pages long. I want the book to be in black and white (With shades of Gray) and read left to right.

The first issue starts off with the two main characters in the middle of a battle. So the artist chosen must be able to draw HIGHLY dynamic and brutal fight scenes.

I am open to art styles (so long as they fall within the parameters of Japaneses mangas), but I would like to create a style that will be easy to duplicate in the event that the artists chosen can not work on future issues.
I will provide examples of what I mean through email.

I will also provide you with a picture of my character for reference and an example of the kind of dynamic action scenes that I am looking for.

In order to be considered for this project, I would need a test page of my main character dynamically punching someone in high speed. I would also need examples of how well you draw scenery.

If I do not chose you, I will not post or use your test page publicly. And once again, please keep in mind that I WILL NOT consider anyone that doesn't provide a test page. I need to know that the chosen artist is able handle both the look and the action of this series.

This could turn out to be a long term gig/job for the chosen artist if the artist proves to be responsible and ethical. I will also be looking to color this issue in the near future, but we'll cross that bridge when it comes.

I will pay through paypal within one day of completion. So for example, if you complete 5 pages in a day, then I would pay you $125-$250 at the end of the day. I will not do half deposits at this stage because it has backfired on me in the past. Once the chosen artist and I establish a good working relationship, then that's something we will definitely do in the future.

I pride myself on being a person of my word, so expect to get paid promptly fro your work.

Each completed page must be uploaded through our shared dropbox folder. Each page must be in TIFF format 600 DPI.

I have found an artist to work with, but I would like to thank all the artist that submitted a test page. I saw some really great stuff and I know that I will be working with a few of you in the future. This was an extremely difficult decision.
