Illustrator for Superhero themed mixed medium novel

Think "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" except will Marvel comic style pics between the words of a novel.

THUG #1

CJ Cruz works for super villains in Denver, Colorado. Heroes keep busting his bosses, but with enough street smarts, he manages to stay out of jail and get hired next time. He knows better than to become the boss's second in command, but everything changes when somebody tries to give him superpowers of his own.

I already have a publisher for the book, but I feel like it would be next level with some amazing art. I'm willing to split the payments and royalties 50/50 for a great cover and bunch of in-line pictures of all kinds of heroes and villains described in the book. This is a chance to merge a novel and comic book and really do something new. Can do b&w interior illustrations or color, but the cover must be color.
