Seeking Penciler/Inker for Comic Book

We are currently seeking a penciller/inker for a satirical comic that has supernatural elements. The book is set in modern day New York City and character depictions are realistic and in the vein of Archer animation. Here is what we require from you. Please only submit if you have a strong grasp on ALL of these requirements.

-Ability to convey a wide range of emotion in the eyes and face.
-Backgrounds are well developed and consistent. This especially includes background characters.
-Can easily complete 3 pages a week.
-Must have a verifiable comic illustration portfolio.
-Can draw people of different ethnicities accurately.
-Very strong in sequential storytelling.
-Can draw and layout dynamic pages with creative panel frame design.
-Strong grasp of New York City settings and culture, including drawing; hipsters, yuppies, hippies, nerds, etc.
-Send links where your work is organized and easily accessed.
-We will need you to provide a penciled test page.
-Must be willing to commit until completion of all art - not to exceed 4 months.

What we are offering:

-We are paying $80 per page (pencil + ink)
-We prefer to pay via Venmo or PayPal
-Work may be broken down into phases with breaks in between.
-First phase will be the first six (6) pages.
-Work includes 2 revisions for each penciled page before going to ink
-Our goal is to have a minimum of 3-4 finished pages per week.
At the completion of every 6 approved lo-res pages, we will send you a payment of $480 within 3 business days via Paypal or Venmo. Once you have received payment you will send the hi-res images.
