Poker anyone?

I was just wondering if anyone around these parts played poker regularly?

I'm drawing a weekly webcomic for Frank Frisina about Poker called Life's A Bluff, and it launched today. http://lifesabluff.com

We were surprised that there weren't any comics about poker around online. A few weak attempts but nothing for die-hards.

I hate Poker. It's worse than the military. It's bigger than porn.

Good luck though. I love the movie rounders, so entertainment has it's purpose. I just hate the whole Vegas poker scene. I like the gritty stuff in stories.

BTW, have you seen that indian casino one on, hell I dunno what channel. I just remember seeing indains dancing around the poker table. They should be ashamed.

Peace,
3'LL

I just hit the link. Great art. No glorification, if anything touches on the repugnance of addicts. I dig it.

I'll keep an eye out.

Great idea. I don't play personally but have many, many friends who seem addicted. Maybe your strip can help me better understand their psychosis

DJ,

Do you guys plan to put any poker room banners up? It seems you are targeting that market and being a poker room affiliate can be pretty damn lucrative. Especially if the strip starts building an audience.

Just something to think about...

Yeah, I play poker. Mostly online, no casinos in Ohio
Good luck with the project.
Post your link over at Cardplayer's forum and/or twoplustwo. I'm sure people would get a kick out of it, and one of those two may want to put it in their magazine.
