Looking for suggestions for my comic creation workshop

Hi,

I have an online comic creation workshop (its in my sig if you're interested) and I'm looking for suggestions regarding any of the following:

1. Story prompts to help writers generate material.
2. Art prompts for artists.
3. Genres to suggest for people to write comic stories in.
4. Public domain material to adapt for the comic medium.

I'm trying to find stuff that is pretty broad in terms of application, like it could work within a variety of genres (except the genre prompts of course) and things that would not only work well in the comic medium, they could easily be adapted to a variety of creative voices.

Thanks.

NJW

I hold similar workshops, though for children. You can see what I do by going to my workshop website - www.comicbookguy.org Perhaps you may get some ideas there.
