has a large comicbook anthology magazine, like Shonen Jump ever been created in markets outside of Japan?

Viz publishes their own version of Shonen Jump, which seems to be quite popular. Another company, I forget which, published a manga anthology called Raijin, which was good, but unfortunately, it was not very successful, and it was cancelled.
